Join the IE School of Humanities for an exclusive session at our IE Segovia campus with Dr. Nikita Harwich. Dr. Harwich is a distinguished historian and economist renowned for his extensive work on Latin American economic history, and the cultural significance of chocolate. He is a retired professor at Université Paris Nanterre and a member of the French Academy of Chocolate and Confectionery.
In this session, Dr. Harwich will discuss his trajectory and how he became involved with chocolate as a schoarly topic, as well as the economic and cultural significance of this popular global commodity.
This session is open to the IE community as well as external guests. The event will be held in English.
