What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy offers a range of benefits, including enhancing cognitive function, reducing stress, and promoting emotional well-being through self-expression. It provides a safe and nonverbal space for individuals to express emotions and explore through creative expression. Art therapy can be particularly beneficial for those who find it difficult to verbalize their feelings or have experienced challenging or overwhelming situations.
