Cindy Castro, an Ecuadorian immigrant, is the founder and CEO of the Latina-owned ethical clothing brand CINDY CASTRO NEW YORK; built to address the lack of representation, transparency and sustainability in the fashion industry, working exclusively with biodegradable fabrics, ensuring a plastic-free approach, and advocating for fair wages.
