ELLA builds communities and sparks innovation by promoting visibility, empowerment and solidarity for queer women and non-binary people of all backgrounds around the globe. We believe all queer women and non-binary people deserve to feel free, respected, and able to assert their identity without fear.
In many places around the world, queer women and non-binary people face severe discrimination and inequality with regards to their human and civil rights. As a result, queer women and non-binary people do not feel fully safe or comfortable with living openly and at ease in regards to their sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and sex characteristics.
This is why we are launching projects all over the world to celebrate, give visibility to, inspire, and raise awareness of queer women and non-binary people, and their identities, challenges, successes and aspirations.
