Breakfast is self-serve with everything provided. Lunch & dinner are prepared by small groups of participants following a simple meal plan (nothing complicated – think salad bars, pasta, etc.). It’s a fun, collaborative experience!

Yes! Many participants come solo. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded women in a safe and welcoming space.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to sign up with a friend, sister, or colleague. Just let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate you in the same room.
