IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please wear comfortable clothing.
- Please bring your own mat, a blanket and an eye mask that fastens around head (optional). If you don't have either of those, please let me know as soon as possible).
- It is very important to come well digested, on a light or empty stomach. It is advisable not eat anything heavy 4 hours prior to the session nor to drink beverages that contain caffeine.
- It's recommended to bring your own water bottle.
- It's preferable not to use drugs or drink alcohol at least couple days beforehand.
- If this is your first time attending my Kundalini Activation sessions, please fill out the Informed Consent form, otherwise the reservation might be cancelled.
