Both. The event will be mainly in Spanish, but there will be many international people.

Pamplona has its own airport, with flights coming from Barcelona and Madrid. There is a 3h train from Madrid, 4h from Barcelona. Bilbao is a large airport nearby, there is a 2h bus from Bilbao to Pamplona.
El Sario building at the Public University of Navarre is 20 minutes walking from the city center. There is also several buses connecting from other parts of the city. Plenty of free parking space is available around the place.
