Cooking for yourself allows you to choose and live according to your health standards. Your health counts double to get the best out of yourself every day. The better you feel and the energy you have, the more you can do for others. Eating healthy quality food changes everything. It’s that simple.

You learn to cook the best quality food by doing it daily. There's no need to know everything to get started. Inspiration comes once you get curious and take the first step. Even if it’s not fun at first, passion builds over time. A deep sense of joy comes after you’ve done the work.

Excellence in cooking comes through tasting, feeling, smelling, and adjusting consistently. You find joy and wonder by exploring and stepping out of your comfort zone. Over time, you develop a ‘feeling’ for cooking. That’s where the magic happens, creating without effort.


It's creativity-driven and open-ended to promote in-depth learning in a short period. The classes are designed to go beyond your natural capabilities. You’ll be surprised by what you can do in 2,5 hours.

Participants who come to the class get the space to learn how to cook themselves, from coming up with ideas to full family meal prep. I help them accelerate their learning, find their unique style, and expand their comfort zone by introducing dishes, ingredients, and techniques they haven't thought about before.

This is my way of sharing my 20+ years of experience and study. I go straight into practicing cooking and creating healthy dishes full of flavor, taking away the thinking process.
