Maria Camahort es una guitarrista de formación clásica especializada en música de cámara y proyectos interdisciplinarios. Tiene experiencia como intérprete, compositora, arreglista y educadora en contextos artísticos muy variados.

Con proyectos propios y otras colaboraciones, Maria ha actúado en salas de conciertos nacionales e internacionales: Londres (Milton Court, Southbank Centre, Kings Place), París (Salle Cortot), San Petersburgo (Glasunov Hall), Barcelona (L’Auditori), Madrid (Círculo de Bellas Artes), Varsovia (Lutoslawsky Hall), Cracovia, Edimburgo, Bruselas (Comisión Europea), Ciudad de México, Chicago, Auckland, Bethlehem, etc.

Ha sido premiada en el I Concurso de Composición Miquel Llobet (Segundo premio), III Concurso de Composición María de Pablos (Segundo premio), IV Concurso de Composición María de Pablos. Sus composiciones han sido interpretadas en España, Francia, Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, Bélgica, Alemania y Austria.
