  • Whether the client is buying your product, paying for your service or awarding a grant, they are parting with funds, and with that comes complexity.
  • This is where attention to detail is critical. We will break down the documents provided by the client, into a structured manageable format. The Technical, Financial and Compliance requirements.
  • We will go through the Terms of Reference with a fine tooth comb, identifying risks and ensuring eligibility.
