Considered one of the foremost references in Employability and the Future of Work on a global scale, Dr. Amber Wigmore Álvarez is Chief University Partnerships Officer at JobTeaser and Associate Professor at Universidad Loyola. Prior she was Chief Talent Officer of Highered, EFMD's strategic careers partner, with nearly 800 business schools and universities in 92 countries.
Dr. Wigmore Álvarez is widely recognized as a thought leader in the talent industry, with a focus on generating insights and research that have the potential to shape the future of work.
Prof. Wigmore Alvarez conducts panels in over 30 countries and has been quoted in numerous publications, including the Financial Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, CNN Expansión, El País, El Economista, Expansión and Elle.
She holds an MBA from IE Business School and, as a PhD in Economics and Business (University Loyola Andalucía), Dr. Wigmore Alvarez's research focuses on organizational leadership behavior, university social responsibility, and business.
