Understanding how we make decisions at the work can reveal the various the ways we make sub-optimal choices, and help us recognize how to develop techniques to deliver smarter and more effective outcomes.

In this MasterClass, Dr Guy Champniss would explore some of the most prominent biases that can often trip us up in our decision-making and share some valuable ‘personal hacks’ that can help us all make better decisions.
