Morning Beach Flow Yoga

Start your day FRESH in perfect harmony with the nature by the sea.

Morning Beach Flow Yoga will wake you up for the new day gently. We go through each part of your body, from your fingertips to your toes. We will be doing some calming breathing exercises too. No levels - this is for everyone who wants to focus on their wellbeing :)

What to Expect:

  • Full-body stretching that targets every little muscle, joint, and fiber of your being
  • A gentle yet powerful flow designed to open up energy pathways, to strenghten your body and release blockages
  • Breathwork to calm the mind and deepen the connection between body and spirit
  • A moment of peace and reflection, grounding you for the day ahead

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat or towel
  • Comfortable clothing that allows for free movement
  • Waterbottle

I am a certified yoga & pre-natal yoga teacher, a sound healer, artist, a music maker, singer, poet and a Mother of three born in Finland, based in Barcelona,Spain. I studied with Kashis yoga, India.

Also I am a bachelor of social services and a practical nurse by education.

My yoga classes are a holistic combination of vinyasa flow, yin, meditation, pranayama and some sound healing is often included too.

I make sound bath meditation recordings intuitively and with the base of a certified sound healers knowledge. I also arrange live sound healing sessions and treatments for individuals and groups.
