We bring you 4 x 3hr workshops that dive into the delightful world of improvisational theatre. Our international teachers bring decades of experience performing and teaching across 4 continents.

About the workshops:
Class 1: Listening: Listen Up!
- Tune in to your scene partners.
- Build stronger connections through active listening.
- Create richer, more dynamic scenes with focused listening.
Class 2: Characters: Character Craft
- Develop nuanced and believable characters.
- Explore character backstories and motivations.
- Use physicality and voice to bring your characters to life.
Class 3: Silence: The Power of Pause
- Harness the magic of silence in improv.
- Master the art of timing and pacing.
- Use silence to create tension and depth.
Class 4: Creativity: Ignite Your Imagination
- Break through creative blocks and generate fresh ideas.
- Work on quick-thinking and make instinctual choices.
- Discover your unique improvisational voice.
Each class will include:
- Welcome & topic description
- Group warm-up
- Specialised exercises and development techniques
- Topic deep-dive: mix of solo, pairs, group exercises
- Scenework & performance skills
- Feedback and refinement
- Closing & summary
Suitable for ages 16+.
Some experience required; we suggest the equivalent of a 101/Intro to Improv.
