El Adamant es un centro de día especial: es una estructura flotante. Flotando sobre el Sena, en el corazón de París, el centro acoge a adultos con trastornos mentales y les ofrece cuidados que los anclan en el espacio y el tiempo, y que les ayudan a recuperarse y animarse antes. El equipo detrás de esto es uno que intenta resistir todo lo que puede el deterioro y la deshumanización de la psiquiatría. La película nos invita a subir a bordo y conocer a los pacientes y cuidadores que han inventado este día a día.

Surant sobre el Sena, al cor de París, el centre acull adults amb trastorns mentals i els ofereix atenció que els arrela en l’espai i el temps, el que els ajuda a recuperar-se o animar-se més ràpid. L’equip del centre és d’aquells que intenta resistir la deterioració i la deshumanització de la psiquiatria el millor que pot. El film us hi convida a bord per conèixer els pacients i els cuidadors que han inventat aquest dia a dia.

The Adamant is a unique day care centre: it is a floating structure. Located on the Seine in the heart of Paris, it welcomes adults suffering from mental disorders, offering them care that grounds them in time and space, and helps them to recover or keep up their spirits. The team running it is one of those that try to resist the deterioration and dehumanization of psychiatry as best it can. The film invites us to board it and meet the patients and caregivers who invented its life day to day.
