SFG I StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor Certification

SFG—“G” for girya, or kettlebell—is StrongFirst’s flagship certification. While strength is the focus of our school at large, SFG pursues broader “extreme fitness” and resilience with strength at its foundation. Like every StrongFirst instructor certification—kettlebell, barbell, bodyweight—SFG strongly stands on its own—while all perfectly fit together into a system.

Is the SFG I StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor Certification right for you?

Si bien la fuerza es el núcleo de nuestra escuela en general, SFG busca una "buena forma física extrema" más amplia y resiliencia con la fuerza en su núcleo. Al igual que cualquier certificación de instructor de StrongFirst, pesas rusas, barras y peso corporal, SFG se mantiene perfectamente por sí solo, mientras que todos juntos encajan perfectamente en un solo sistema.
