What’s Plogging?
Plogging is a combination of jogging and picking up trash along the way – it’s about connecting with nature, moving with purpose, and leaving our world cleaner than we found it.

This unique 3-km guided route in beautiful Downtown Vancouver offers a hands-on experience that merges fitness, environmental care, and mindfulness in one.

With each step, you’ll help protect our environment, boost your well-being, and feel an undeniable sense of accomplishment.

Why Join Us?

🌱 Be a Change-Maker: Your participation directly contributes to a cleaner, more beautiful planet. So far, our community has collected over 1,000 kg of waste!

🧘 Connect & Reflect: After our plogging, we’ll come together for a moment of reflection and meditation, grounding ourselves and paying respect to Mother Earth.

👟 Stay Active: Plogging is perfect for anyone who values fitness and a healthier lifestyle – you’ll jog, stretch, and exercise while making a real impact.

* You don’t need to be an experienced runner! This event is designed for all fitness levels—move at your own pace and rhythm.
