🎨 Join us, as a co-worker, at Unmaking Art Studio for a truly authentic and immersive artistic experience. You will have access to the studio from 9am to 9pm every day.
🎨 At our studio, you'll have your own artistic space in the bustling and vibrant El Raval neighborhood.
🧑🎨 Our studio space is designed to cater to your artistic needs, whether you work with wood, canvas, oil, or acrylic.
🎨 The space is conveniently located around the corner from Gaudí's Palau Güell.
🎨 El Raval has a rich artistic history, known for its bohemian spirit and creative energy.
🌟 The neighborhood is a melting pot of cultures and has been home to many artists, musicians, and writers over the years (including Joan Miró, Antoni Tàpies, Roberto Bolaño, Jean Genet, and Manuel Vázquez Montalbán), who have all found inspiration in this wonderful neighborhood. Working from here, you'll be walking in the footsteps of past creatives who have left their mark on the city.
🌟 You will have the guidance of Shyne (Insta: @unmakingart), a talented local artist. Shyne will assist you in purchasing materials from local stores, whether you need wood, canvas, oil, or acrylic.
🌟 You'll be introduced to other locally run businesses, ensuring you have a genuine local experience.
☕️Start your creative work day with a complimentary coffee in our cozy common area where you can mingle with visitors or fellow artists. Throughout your stay, enjoy the convenience of free water, coffee and healthy snacks, keeping you refreshed and energized as you work.
🖼️ On the last Saturday of the residency, you will have the opportunity to exhibit your work alongside two to three other local artists, showcasing your creations to the community.
🚶🏾♂️Take time to wander the streets of El Raval, absorb the bohemian atmosphere and let the creative energy fuel your work.
