About this event
- Event lasts 11 hours
This will be our cosy home for the retreat. I carefully chose a space where we can feel nurtured, a place to speak freely, dance, sing, and fully be ourselves throughout this magical day that we will co-create together.
My passion for communication led me to study Journalism in London, and my ambition to maintain financial independence drove me, along with two partners, to establish a food business in Cambridge, England, in 2016.
After running a program for women in Kenya, I felt a deep need to work with women. I became a facilitator of women's circles and committed myself to this profound to work with women. I have been running women's circle in the UK, Spain and France, impacted more than 100 women.
I formed myself at C.G. Jung-Institut Zürich, Küsnacht and I am currently Certifying as a coach at the Jungian Coaching School. Using art, music, symbols, imagination and encouraging creative thinking to empowers coachees and serves as a compass for personal growth.
My vision is to create spaces where women can evolve, feel empowered, and support each other through self-awareness, reflection, and self-exploration.
The circles I design are intended to be spaces where every woman has the opportunity to be heard, to speak, and to gain tools to trust in their inner power.

"I have an intentional mission to extend my service through preventive medicine, assisting individuals in a profound connection with their bodies, employing practices like yoga.
My yoga sessions are designed to connect people with their conscious breathing by playing with the fluency of movement. Firmly believing in the transformative power of consistent and humble practice, and the power of keeping the mind focused.
The aim is to achieve a fluid practice by combining the mobility, strength and flexibility that yoga brings. The physical practice is complemented with brief meditations at the beginning of each meeting and final relaxation.
Certified by the Yoga Alliance YTT200H in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga Yoga, along with 50H in Yin yoga,340h trauma informed Yoga Level 1, Foundations of Integral Sound Healing London.
My journey has taken me to diverse locations, shaping my teaching style through the influence of various practices from Spain, the UK, Australia, India, Bali, and beyond."

"'Tell me what to eat and I will tell you what you are' Savarin said back in 1861 but I very much prefer "you are what you eat". Former pastry chef and currently working in sustainable food operations, I've been nurturing my passion for gastronomy for the past 10+ years learning from professionals in Italy, Spain and, since 2017, in Cambridge. I use cooking and dining as ways to connect with the local community and surrounding environment: inclusivity, seasonality and creativity are the core values expressed in my recipes.
As a woman and big foodie, I strongly believe in the emotional connection between sorority and conviviality of showing gratitude, respect and appreciation through food: I take pride in what I bring to table (figuratively and not) and the powerful conversations that sparkle when women share a meal.
Part of my day to day activism promoting conscious food consumption involves conversation around the topic of fuelling mind and body accordingly: I have been catering for a few retreats and I’m excited to joining forces with Marina and Amazonia on this special day to bring you closeness to your womanhood allowing you to connect with your emotions, movement and nourishment. I’ll be putting the treat in this retreat while you engage in powerful conversations during the circle and strong poses during yoga."

This retreat has been carefully designed to help women explore both their shadow and light within. Drawing from my studies as a Coach at the Carl Jungian School and my experience as a women's circle facilitator, I recognised the deep needs emerging in each circle. This inspired me to create a dedicated day for profound inner work, allowing us to go deep together.
In this a safe and supportive environment, each woman will have the opportunity to engage in deep self-exploration through group therapy.
This journey requires self-reflection, introspection, and the willingness to explore the depths of the unconscious within the circle.
The entire space will be prepared to make you feel at home, creating an environment where, as women, we can discover and truly see one another. I invite you to come with curiosity, an open heart, and a deep desire for self-discovery.
The shadow
"The Shadow represents the darker, unconscious aspects of the personality that an individual often denies or represses. It includes our inferior functions, everything we try to avoid, our undesirable traits, and impulses. It also contains all the emotions that conflict with the Persona, the individual’s self-image, or the culture they live in. Confronting and integrating the Shadow is essential for personal growth, as it allows individuals to acknowledge and accept their complete selves." Jungian Coaching School.
